Welcome to Dekko ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our multi-tenant booking architecture, platform management dashboards, and scheduling networks, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or deploying a booking portal slug on Dekko, you explicitly accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease operations on the platform immediately.
To list a business, clinic, doctor profile, or salon endpoint, you must register a workspace dashboard. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and for all activities, bookings, and operations hosted under your customized slug URL framework.
Dekko operates on a recurring subscription architecture:
All online financial transactions are fully integrated and securely processed through our authorized partner payment network, the Razorpay Payment Gateway API. You agree to provide accurate financial credentials and consent to the payment handling rules enforced by the processor.
Users agree not to register malicious slug identifiers, impersonate registered medical or commercial entities, inject malicious code into the reservation descriptions, or bypass the platform payment security verification triggers. Violation results in instant node termination without notice.
Dekko provides a scheduling link deployment mechanism. We are not liable for dynamic agreement failures, cancellations, or interactions occurring between booking portal deployment operators (partners) and their external retail client traffic.
